Meditation is a massively valuable life skill and practice whether you’re a digital nomad or not.
As I share in this video, some of the very practical and tangible benefits of a meditation practice are very well suited to helping beginner and aspiring digital nomads, as well as both experienced and expert nomads.
The science is available to back up the practical and physiological benefits of meditation, but I also touch on the subtler benefits than more intensive meditation experiences can help us explore. Things that science has not yet been able to report on.
Topics like, what is my purpose in life? Why do we suffer? How can I be happy all the time? Fundamental questions that many if not all people ask ourselves.
